Paul & Christine Niskanen - Two travel veterans who bring their travelers to the far corners of the world.

We travel as a small circle of travelers; often about 15 guests, rarely more than 20. This size often allows us access to private homes and other activities inaccessible to others. New guests are quickly and warmly welcomed. Single travelers will quickly enjoy a comfort level. We strive to bring you deeper into the local culture. With us, you’ll not just see the region we’re visiting, you’ll experience it. Depending on the specific journey, these experiences could include a visit to a local family in their home, a village baker talking about his life and sharing his pastries, an after-hours private visit to a museum or a private concert. Regardless of the event, you’ll return home feeling that you’ve experienced more and connected with the people.

We avoid the trappings (and mentality) of group travel such as matching flight bags, banquet room dining, regimentation, long bus trips and frequent changes of hotels.

We like to travel in comfort. We select well-located 4 and 5-star hotels, excellent restaurants (with a choice of menu whenever possible), extra space in our motor coaches and top-rated cruise ships and riverboats.

We provide you with detailed information well before you depart both in print as well as electronically. You’ll know what to expect in terms of clothing, climate, flights and baggage, cultural tips; in short, you’ll soon feel comfortable in your new environment.

You’ll feel comfortable traveling with seasoned travel professionals. We will meet you at your arriving airport and be with you until it’s time to say goodbye. We’ll look after the details while you enjoy your journey to the utmost.
