Hello Diane –

I just want to pass my review onto you. I did post this on Facebook too - but really want you to know how great Tess is!!

I don’t know where to begin. Tess has planned 2 trips for me; one for me alone to Italy for 2 weeks and another just a week ago with my mom to France for 2 weeks. It’s as if Tess read my mind and knew exactly the tours and activities I would love! She really listens to your interests. From spending a day with a chef in Paris to cook our own meal, to beautiful wine and olive tours in Bordeaux, to a private chauffeur in the French Riviera - everything was perfect! She thought of everything and selected great day trips for us (Monet’s home in Giverny, France was amazing!). I will never trust anyone but Tess when it comes to my travels! Thank you Tess! You’re more than just helping me with my travel - you’re helping me create forever memories!!

Hilarie is the most experienced travel agent I have ever met, she is able to find the most comfortable and organized trip in every part of the world.

To say Hilarie Brown has been a godsend to us would be an enormous understatement.  In her you have found the perfect person  who dots i's and crosses t's; when traveling internationally this is a must.  She listens, suggests (based on her travel experience), and focuses on you.  Recently she hunted down a reasonable cost for a one-way flight from Europe and this wasn't a first for her.  Direct  interaction I had with an airline was unsuccessful and frustrating as I was given wrong information.

We began doing business with Holiday Cruises after booking directly online just wasn't working well for us.  Chance gave us Hilarie and she was so thorough on our first trip with the agency that we never looked back and book with her several times a year. And will continue to do so as long as we are able to travel.

Last summer we decided to take our family of 5 to Europe for the first time. We provided Tess general guidelines for where we wanted to go and what we like to do. Diane, Hillary and everybody at Holiday Cruises and Tours,

My wife, Roselyn and I recently returned from our Mediterranean Cruise with Oceania and we wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time. You definitely helped us to make the right choice and your assistance throughout was indispensable.

The cruise is described as country club casual and I would say that is an apt description. It was fun to have the choice to either dress up or down and choose between elegant dining and casual. Our trip was timed to coincide with our anniversary and it was nice to have the choice to dine at a quiet table for two next to a large window looking out at the view while eating a great meal with fabulous service.

It was also nice to be able to eat outside on the deck in a less formal atmosphere without sacrificing service or the meal.  We took advantage of both.

Our accommodations were first rate even though we selected the less expensive deck. Our room had a veranda and we made good use of it. The staff was the very best and never failed to make an effort to meet our every request.

Thanks again for your recommendation and for your assistance. I would be remiss if I were not to mention the fact that our trip had been planned for the summer before but because of a family emergency it had to be canceled at the last minute. You saved the day by making sure we had travel insurance in place and assisted us in the process of filing our claim which was handled seamlessly. 

Vacations are for relaxing and the entire experience from beginning to end could not have been more hassle free.
